yeah I guess its A...I have read a case with the similar presentation after 6 months smiling face lemme write what I remember..
there was this infant with seizures...
breast fed
had hemarthrosis and focal neurological deficits...

there wwas periorbital puffiness...a HARD SIGN ...although adult hypothyroidism and Post strep GN also has it...but its ecchymotic...

anyways...somethin about germinal matrix bleed...
oh I forgot to tell..the reason was VITAMIN K in that case .... hope the same rason applies over here...

prematurity itself is a risk factor for this but 8 months later...defnitely its not prematurity issue...

and breast feedin lacks vit k and d

anyways...so germinal matrix is located in subependyma of ventricles...I am talkin right now about intrauterine stage...its quite metabolically active...thin blood vessel walls ... had to make up the glial cells and neurones...ACA, recurrent artery of habeuner and terminal branches of striate arteries supply it....internal cerberal vein drains to vein of GLEN...
sorry about the spelllings... sad
sooo....vit K deficiency causes decreased synthesis of factor 2, 7, 9, 10 protein C S...
leads to INTRAVENTRICULAR HEMORRHAGE...I duno why they used this word...its not there in 8 months old...

icandoittoo...I dunno from where you write these questions...but I can surely tell..the questions arent of good quality...sorry for bein so direct smiling face cheers
