Hi, BBB, I received the interview offer from one IM program, which has two different track, one in metropalitan city, one in a rural small town, however, it is SAME program with sam ID number on AAMC. Both of these two sites invited me for interview, and they suggested me to interview them at two consecutive days.
The question is, if I just interview at the metropalitan program and turn down the interview offer from the rural track and not go there, does this irritate the program and make them rank me low? or the program will respect me and just interview me at the metropalitan program?

Oh, heck! I don't know about this one. That's a rough one - I don't know how you would rank for only one program either. Good luck on this one - I can't even guess how to do this.
