I think its a very good idea to start this thread so people who have given interviews can share thier experience like mph did in his post. But surely I think people will ask Q, congratulate and add their thoughts on this thread as on any other thread. Thanx and would look forward to this thread to start.

Yea, I agree it wld be a bit disorganized but i believe there needs to be a way to get experiences like mph's and the many others that I'm sure will follow in a central place. I still thinks its better than nothing. An alternative to an actual IV thread could be a thread that merely contains the links to the various IV experience posts. The links could then be orgainized by place and time. I'm just thinkin. Maybe someone has a better idea?

There can be an Interview thread an members can extend on their experience and talk about it on a different one. For example it could be posted: Program Name: Date of Interview: How many interviewers: How many applicants: Tour included visits to: Questions asked: happy residents: yes / no / ? research oriented: yes / no / ? more ideas?

Hi new n lost! can you open a new "sub forum" for Interview experiences in IM? It would be good by State to have programs in clusters. I will start this monday with Connecticut. Thanks.
