A couple weeks ago, I revised my PS after already sending out applications. I reselected the new PS while de-assign the old one. I thought if programs downloaded the new one, they would not be able to see the old one anymore. However, two programs downloaded my materials quite late, after I put up the new PS. Now I found when they download, they downloaded both copies of my PS on the same day. Is that my previous understanding was incorrect and programs can actually see both PS?

As soon as they download ur 2nd PS, the 1st PS is gone......A very rare instance may occur where they hv already got a print out of ur 1st PS......very bleak chance I'd say.
From what i know, they look at the PS only after sending out interiews........not much to lose here I guess
