I have been thinking and wondering...

1. Do the AMGS always get interview invites before the IMGs? Like programs will send out invites for the AMGS followed by the IMGs?

2. Do the programs go through all the applications and then start sending out invites, or do they send invites as they go through the applications?

3. Is it possible that some programs send out rejections to SOME of the applicants they are not interested or do they send rejections to ALL applicants they are not interested? ( I applied to this program beyond my reach and people have either received invites or rejects but I have not heard from them)

Any ideas anyone?

yes most of the times.

very subjective but as I heard they send invites as they go through the applications and find candidates which fit in their set criterions(which is quite in abundance these days) so sooner u apply better it is.

yes to some, or yes to all, or even no rejections at all. Very variable and subjective.

1. Different programs will have different ways of doing things, it's not a simple yes/no answer. My program? No - most everyone is invited on the same day.

2. Different programs will have different ways of doing things, it's not a simple yes/no answer. My program? Applications are reviewed at multiple times

3. Different programs will have different ways of doing things, it's not a simple yes/no answer. My program? The bulk of my rejections will go out on one day. The others that are still in the review process will be sent later.
