Are all polyps removed....even if benign??

i think they have to be removed.

YES....IT IS BELIEVED NOW THAT MOST COLON CANCER DEVELOP ON TOP OF POLYPS .

yes, biopsy all polyps...
Which ones are more likely to be benign? Villous, sessile, large, dysplastic.
Which ones have a better prognosis? Tubular, Pedunculated, and small.

i think it should be malignant.
