hi, i have a question. since i applied for the usmle-ID i kind of changed my name. i added a DR to my name. since they say, the name on the application must fit exactly the name on the passport, do i have to tell ecfmg or is a DR not considered as part of the name?

Send a form to change your name (downloaded in ECFMG website) I did it and it is easy, Just send a copy of your ID or passport

If the spelling and order of your name is same then I will not worry about the "Dr" prefix after all you are a doctor.
