1- thanks for the explanations and for the correction in the spelling.(truly)

3- If a lady 15 years has one brest in 2 and the other in 4 what you do?

I would say leave it alone (reassurance and observation)
Breast cancer is unlikely in this age group, and during puberty, it wouldn't be abnormal to have differences in size and development of breasts from one side to the other. -Same answer for newborn with breast buds -(effect from mom's estrogen).
NEVER say REMOVE or surgery for these two -this is a big time wrong answer!

What about to check the hormones in the lady that is in puberty?

I believe if hormones (Estrogen in particular) were excessive, she would have precocious puberty and thelarche of both breasts (not asymetric)...
