Hi BBB,
I applied last year but i didn't matched. I again got the pre iv telephonic call from the program where i had interview last year( it will be coming in afternoon). My question is do the program invite the candidates again whom they interviewed last year? currently i think program may not be aware that i had an interviewed with them last year but they will know after the telephonic conversation..

Different programs do different things. My program? If you did well on the interview, we'll talk again. If you didn't, you may not get another interview.

Thanks for quick reply...........yeah that makes sense.........but do programs keeps record of the applicant evaluation from previous years?

I do, but many slip through that we don't know about it until they interview and then it's "oh, I remember him/her from last year"
