Presumably Usmle123 is still a fresh course and not many ppl have gotten familiarized with its format. As far as Kaplan Qbank Goes its the oldest and 2nd best and most expensive and UW is the best of them all. If u r really interested in something else then u shud also look into USMLERx cos its 3rd in the list of top Qbanks.
