All the very best multifactorial! You'll ace it I'm sure. Remember to read trauma/injury related topics for surgery. And practice questions.. as many as you can!

Oh no worries!! I know you must be busy. But thanks once again! Well, I'm pretty disillusioned at the moment to be honest. My CS score should be out early next month. I've applied to quite a bunch of programs but just got one interview so far. I also applied late and then CS result is awaited ao I don't know. I might have to re-apply next year.sad

I'm getting some Canadian clinical experience at the moment. I'm waiting to see if I get anymore interviews. If I don't then I'll go to the US and do an externship/research work to spruce up my CV for next year. Pray for me please!

okay!although it is around midnight here,i am still happy to have done pulmonology.it is such a relief.i had started to feel that this particular topic was jinxed.sad i never seemed to be able to come up with a time table that accommodated pulmonology nicely.today i did it and it's all thanks to Allah who has always guided me through everything.
have to start revising Obs from tomorrow.28th of december is closing in but i shall be better prepared this time.this time it has to be something in the 95+ area.

2.Erythema Infectiosum:slapped cheeks and then lacy maculopapular rash on the whole body,sparing the palms and soles.

3.Measles:macular rash starts from the face and then spreads towards the whole body.koplik's spots and prodromal phase of cough,coryza and conjunctivitis

4.Roseola:rose-coloured rash on the entire body with occipital lymphadenopathy.

5.Rubella:starts from behind the ears and then generalizes.post.auricular,postoccipital and cervical adenopathy present.

6.RMSF:maculopapular rose-coloured rash on the whole body with fever and headache.Causes vasulitis leading to gangrene of acral parts,scrotum,nose and ear lobes.

7.Varicella:starts with a papule which grows into a pustule and vesicle.crops of lesions.associated with herpes zoster.can be contracted in the active phase of herpes.

8.Scarlet Feversticking out tongueresents with starwberry tonuge,circumoral pallor,miliar sudamina.pastialines,desquamation,enlarged tonsils,sand-paper like rash.
