Seizure Treatment in pregnancy.....is there a specific drug to use for pregnancy???

Or still the same treatment depending on type of seizure

in case of eclampsia the tx will be>>>>>>>MgSO4, if seizure recur, give iv diazepam

first choice is IM MgSO4 10 gms-----> lorazepam -------> Phenytoin --------> Phenobarbitone.
