This match season is not so good after all.I have iv from interfaith and st barnabs.
I have one question.My stay in us expires on 1 Nov.I was issued a 3 month stay on my entry though I have 10 year multiple entry visa.
I have searched USCIS website and know I have to fill I-539 form.
But what supporting documents I should submitt.I have only the emails from the programs confirming my ivs.Are these enough ?
Do I need to hire a attorney?
Any one in similar situation

hi there!
i have a similar problem
am in us goin to stsrt on obs in oct an hane been granted a stay of 3 months which expires in dec.
so i just wanted to know is it wise for me to go back to India and come again or file for an extension?and do i need an attorney for that?
This is my second visit.
I have cs result pending so dont have any calls yet!
Till when should i wait for calls?
please someone help me out.........am in a huge mess. . sad
