How to differentiate them....other than nilkosky sign...

in the above ones,case scenario will help in diagnosis
1.age...BP-adult usually involves males more
EB-onset sometimes in infancy or childhood too
rest-any age
2.site-BP-never involves oral mucosa,predilection for back,extensors
EB-many types are there like acquisita,congenita-predilection for flexors,oral mucosa variable involvement
EMF,TEN,SJS=mainly classified on extent of involement.....so one can differentiate
easily these three
3.precipitating factors-drugs,virus etc in EMF,SJS,TEN
4.response to steroids-suggests BP.
