For freinds who have read the both:
Which one do you recommand for Behavorial Science:
Kaplan lecture notes or BRS ?

Kaplan is much better, IMHO

I think BRS is easier to understand. Kaplan is good but for someone who has not studied beh.science as a major subject in medical school, it would be better to start with BRS (like me). BRS covers everything except for epidemiology and biostat in detail. But the kaplan DVD lectures are awesome.

Kaplan is gud, and for questions do from both BRS and kaplan and yes kaplan DVD is great

Good point ujk , biostat has seperate book in HY , not sure in BRS behav Sc , used to have it in , may b BRS also have ?? biostat & Epidemio as seperate book ?? , any one know ?
Appleton & Lang has exm, board review re .. Epidemiology & Biostat by author .. name satrt with H . Used to b famous , but most A+L [? W +W now I think as publisher changing ] now .. less famous since BRS, Hy are smaller size to go with others .
I do like kap stuffs .

I am reading BRS (Barbara Fadem) and it is making more sense to me than Kaplan.

perhaps the book is better, [i am yet to open my HY beh sc], but you can't beat the kaplan vids with dr daugherty. even if you choose to use HY or BRS as your book, definitely do the daugherty lectures, coz he's simply excellent!
