First of all you need to be in good state of mental health to study.
Try o talk gently to your husband and convince him of the good side of having you qualified and be able to work in the US.
Do you have any relatives or friends who can talk to your husband as well. You said you have 7 hours free time at home. You can just study at home.Buy books, make a schedule and start again.
Try to find a study partner online with whom you can study.
Dont give up.Even i you dont take the exam soon do not withdraw from studying a minimum of 2 hours a day.
Instead of getting depressed use your time to study and make plans.
Avoid conflicts with your husband and try to find a way to make him accept that you set for the test.

Hi! Look, you have to know you want this bad enough. By just posting here

on this site proves you more than want it. This is important to you. You have 7 free

hours a day. Let's say 6 hours because of housekeeping duties. 6 hours for 6 months

does not sound that bad. An extra month of intense review and you are set. You have

the means to work HARD at your disposal and you have TIME on your side. Do what

you have to do to get in a positive mind frame. DO NOT GIVE UP. Use what you have at

your disposal, time and desire. Now get out of that seat and stop being sad and DO

THIS! Please do not quit. With great sacrifice, comes great reward.smiling face
