Following difficult delivery accomapanied by significany maternal haemorrage,a new mother develops a severe retro orbital hemorrhage with nausea n vomiting.The patient then develops fever n visual field loss,followed by impairment of medial n downward gaze accompanied by diplopia n ptosis.CT scan demonstrates hemorrhage in the pituatary gland with extension to the meninges.Immediate therapy with which of the following hormone combinations should be instituted?

a)glucocorticoids n estrogens

b)glucocorticoids n thyroid hormone

First restore the major Stress hormone Steriods and then consider the 2nd most imp hormone T3 therefore Steriods r initially started so tht the pt doesnt go under Adrenal crisis and then they give Levothyroixe so tht the basic metabolic rate is maintained and the body resumes its normal functions.

in other way u can exclude mineralocorticoids containing answers cause it controls by angeotensin . then exclud estrogen containing answers
