i would write the results of your PE... they will try and give you some positive PE signs... the key is to listen.. they can be whispering and taking deep breaths... so you would have some positive signs anyway. and they will fake pain... so you don't lie on the PE...

But is it still unclear. They can whisper but can they simulate dullness to percussion? Or increased tactile fremitus? Or can anybody simulate aortic stenosis? They obviosly can simulate pain but probably that's it. Really I don't know what to write. Anybody who took exam can advise? The question remains the same - are we writing what we actually see( we are dealing with normal person so we don;t see much) or we are writing what we would expect?

always write what you are really seeing... they are going to exaggerate what they can do... i mean i wrote decreases breath sounds on the left. patient in pain. if you hear an irregular regular rhythm then write that.
