is it true that when tyrosine kinase is activated it need tyrosine on the target protein and on receptor itself.i am reading lipin biochem it say that this enzyme transfers hydroxyl group to tyrosine residue of the target protein and receptors.which make me think this enzyme will only work when target protein have tyrosine in it.

Tyrosine kinases activated the target protein by adding a phosphate to the hydroxyl group on the tyrosine residue of the target protein, and this process is called phosphorylation. Then the activated target protein can bind to the SH2 domain of other protein using its newly added phosphate on the tyrosine.

As far as i know, Insulin binds to receptor (tyrosine kinase), Then causes the activation of IRS protein , And after that IRS causes the SH2 to become activated.
This SH2 then causes the Dephosphorylation of the enymes leading to the activity of insulin
