Hi, I have submitted my applications to individual programs without the personal statement. On monday I will submit the personal statement too. My question is when I open up each program and click on the ps check box, should I un-check all the other documents (LORs, Usmle transcript, transcript) so as to preven them being uploaded again. More importantly, I have not released my usmle step 2 scores (still awaiting results which should be here on wednesday) but I don't want these scores to automatically update since I'm not sure if i did well....I did well in step 1 and im happy with programs just seeing that score for now. If I submit the p.s will my usmle transcript also be updated and then "possibly" include the step 2 score also, since wednesday is just round the corner. Thanks for your help.

first question: NO un-check second q: "Do you authorize the ECFMG to transmit your USMLE transcript, which will include a complete history of your Step 1, Step 2CK, Step 2CS and Step 3 results at the time your request is processed and, if applicable, the release of your NBME passing Part scores?" I thought it was an all or none thing....not sure though.

You're right, it is an all or none thing, but as of today my step 2 score is not on my transcript cos i took the exam two and a half weeks ago, but by wednesday it "might" be. So although If i apply to programs after wednesday I only want the transcript that i requested today (without step 2 score) to go through......I was wondering if they update it to include your step 2 scores once they come out and if you apply to a program after that. Regarding my first question.........did you mean I should uncheck the LOR or I shouldn't uncheck the LOR. thanks.
