I am worried too.
Yesterday I called my friend who is doing residency in GA.
He said that last year I had no IV until Nov.
He told me that the last 2 week of Oct and first 2 week of Nov are rush-days to send IVs
Be patient.

I am not sure about the first weeks of OCT being the best for IVs. Infact it has been slower or atleast equal for me compared to sept. Or maybe programs just realized my application isn't that good after all.
After a whole week of only rejections i got IV from interfaith which i'm very happy about. I want to get as many Newyork ones as possible.
