this is MCQ book, not in USMLE format, but you may be more confident after reading this.

When I took Step 3 I didn't have much time. So, I just studied the "answers" in Swansons and the answers from NMS and Kap notes for the CCS portion. I felt that Swansons was definitely on point and got answers correct that I wouldn't have if I didn't read it.

docnikki, it seems to be recommended by those that have already taken and passed the test, so i'll go for it. i do not have much clinical experience, so i'm sure it wont hurt, im planning on studying for 3-4 months for step3.
