the aim of using cryoppt is the little amount of these factors in FFP ,it need too much FFP to increase the level of these factors , which is not practical., although Cryoppt is replaced by Recombenent factors and new pasteurized cryoppt.
But in hemophilia B you need the double amount as in A.
