ok...yeah thats what I remember from Usmleworld...........but 1 kaplan question confused me....when it said EMG is not accurate

LP -Best initial -shows Increased protein/Normal cells (Albuminocytologic disassociation)

EMG -Most accurate -shows demyelination.

Vital Capacity -best way to monitor Respiratory function.

Both Kaplan and UW are in agreement with all of the above, so know it like this! smiling face
