Whats the difference between Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis versus Steven-Johnson Syndrome??

Both clinically looks similar with nikolsky sign positive.
The main difference is

SSS has PERIORAL lesion (peri-mucosa) and TEN is present on ORAL lesion (mucosa).
