periportal zone (zone 1) is more sensible to toxic damage

pericentral vein(zone 3) most sensitive to ischemia

Dont worry , i read it today ...b4 that if anyone would have asked me , i would be totally blank ....
In a sense , yes , we could memorize it like but there r more

Zone I : ferrous sulphate poisoning , yellow phosphorous poisoning , ch. hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, bile duct occlusion , eclampsia, endotoxin of proteus vulgaris

Zone II : yellow fever

Zone III : carbon tetrachloride, rt. heart failure, ischemic injury, Cu, acetaminophen

i dont know how much high yeild it is in respect to zone wise but ofcourse we should be knowing what causes zonal necrosis atleast
