hi robin,i had applied for ca letter n got this letter after all the procedure.in that its written that i am eligible for residency in acgme accredited programs in ca provided if seat is offered to me.signed by lynn.but no where its written clealry that its ptal.i am bit confused.i have fulfilled all requirements for documents n also paid fees of 550$ approximately.plz lemme know whats the content of your ptal.i will appreciate it.thanx

send a copy to ECFMG and assign it as 4th LOR
