during B-globin systhesis in normal reticolocytes the sequence his-arg-pro occurs at position 165-167 . how many high energy bonds are required to insert there 3 amino acids in to the B-globin polypeptide synthesis .

for each amino acid is inserted
1 GTP when it bind to A site
2 ATP for peptide bond formation"they were captured in activation"
1 GTP for translocation of the ribosome
