my interview at Kaiser- santa clara was a very pleasant experience.even though i was the only img there but still i had fun.loved the hospital. i did get a reply to my thanku email.a very short to the point thing.

also when did you interview there???
i also interviewed there in january beginning and the interview went really well but i did not get any reply to my thank you email...so i m really tensed.

i interviewed in mid december.interviewed with the pd.he said something about ranking during the interview.but not in his reply.as i said it was a very to-the-point formal reply saying he was glad to meet me and wud like to work with me in future.which i guess they say to almost everybody.so its no big deal.besides i havent heard back from almost 70% of the thank u emails. i dun think u shud fret over this. if ur interview went well,just relax and hope for the best. and send in a hand written thank u note to emphasize ur interest.
