17 year old girl athelete swimmer comes in with SOB & headache, BP 187/105, RR 12, HR 52, mildly enlarged thyroid, eyelid edema, pitting edema in calves, she describes the headache its like a heart beat in back of head. SOB better with rest and worse when rest. Her face looks puffy. When doctor askes if she is on any drugs, she says angrily I am an athelete I dont take drugs. Whats the diagnosis?
