17 year old girl athelete swimmer comes in with SOB & headache, BP 187/105, RR 12, HR 52, mildly enlarged thyroid, eyelid edema, pitting edema in calves, she describes the headache its like a heart beat in back of head. SOB better with rest and worse when rest. Her face looks puffy. When doctor askes if she is on any drugs, she says angrily I am an athelete I dont take drugs.

Whats the diagnosis?

SOB worse with exertion and better with Rest. She has bradycardia smiling face

she is taking steroids
also could be pseudotumor cerebri
