E. Her weight

The risk factors for endometrial carcinoma are obesity, hypertention, DM, nulliparity,PCOS etc. Among these factors, obesity is the most important factor since obesity is associated with increased estrogen.

i have a question about hypertension as a risk factor.

I can understand unopposed estrogen IS a risk factor. But how HTN and DM came to this?

Is it because obesity (unopposed estrogen) usually goes with HTN and diabetes and studies were done this way or there is some another mechanism?
