I think the treatment for aplastic crises is erythrocyte infusions&in immunocompromised patient IVIG should be given.

To Treat the aplastic crisis it self would be to give folinic acid
To get rid of Antibodies of Parvovirus..treat would be IVIG
**so if pt. is in aplastic crisis...I am first concernced with the crisis...So 1st Folinic Acid 2nd IVIG to prevent further aplastic crisis
