Please pay particular attention to the request for a personal statement specifically addressing why you want to work in a public hospital setting and care for a vulnerable and medically underserved population. If you have already addressed this in your personal statement - thank you.
If not, you may consider submitting an addendum to your personal statement specifically for our track. This can be done either through ERAS (as a fourth or fifth letter) or via e-mail to me (see below).

Hey Robin, yes it is strange. At U Miami /JMH they also ask for a new personal statement....
why????? don't know. .... we have to play the game by their rules, though
