got interview from st.lukes program,MO. does anyone have any input to give me about how the program is, how they interview or anything? please. desperate since this seems to be the only interview i have got till date.

Hi Shaila, I don't know about St.Lukes, MO. I believe interviews are pretty much the same at different hospitals..
In different order:
Usually everybody meets with the PD, tour by residents, one lecture (usually noon conference, morning report, sometimes not), usually 1 or 2 interviewers rarely 3-4, lunch with housestaff (residents) to ask questions about the program.
Questions asked by faculty are similar: why this program, your goals, plans, strenghts weakness, why are you a good candidate. Study well your CV and their webpage. practice a case presentation.

thank you prueba for your reply. yes i will do that. was wondering if they ask medical questions!! but no one seems to know much about the program.
