PC was not so clear in the mail.. but did write to call if I have other Questions & thenumber & name given for Enquires is not of PC..
So I guess I should wait.. I got mail from PC on thursday evening. & I repiled friday morning.. but still no reply.. so I was getting worried, since this is my first IV call.

They may take up to a week to reply back to confirm your interview date. Don't worry, be patient.

Guys...when you scheduled and Interview by email..did you receive any answer from the PC? I mean a confirmation about it.....

there is no number given to reach PC, the number given in the mail fo enquiring has two other names who can answer my Queries if I have any.. so is it possible to schedule on that number?? although I dont thin it sno of PC??

Hi,
I too am in such a dilemma.
I called a program today and fixed the IV for early December. The program co-coordinator told me that she will send me the confirmation email by the end of November. Don't you think it a little late for that.. Should I request her to send me one sooner or will I be offending her with the request?..

Call the number they have given you in the invitation. Through interview season the PCs often have additional help for scheduling, so it doesn't matter that you won't talk to the PC directly, the other person is just as helpful.

email i guess is the best idea...most IV i got gave me the option to call or email, but said that they preferred email..and in any case u get a paper trail on which to build further correspondence...
Univ. of Nevada or Brookdale or Cook county( I am not sure which one) also asked me to bring a copy of the confirmation email to the IV..
on the other hand, Providence hosp, DC and Metropolitan, NY asked me to call for scheduling...
