Hello,
I am relatively new to this forum but would appreciate any advice. Took NBME 2 week and half ago and scored 390. I was devistated. Decided to concentrate on my weak areas. I retook NBME 2 today and scored 520. Not quite sure what is going on. I am scheduled to sit my step 2 ck in a week. Should I reschedule? Should I consider this retake a valid representation of what I can expect for the actual exam? please help. Thanks.

I think u should've taken some other form instead of retaking form 2. But now that its done u can try another form, maybe form 1...A score`of anything less than 450 would demand serious consideration for postponing the exam. Ya it'd be pretty risky with a score of under 450. But then it also depends on what kinda score u want

As long as you did not discuss the questions with anyone or looked up the answers i think thats a great improvement.
But you should defiantly try form 3 which i hear is very close to the actual exam and which i did not do BIG MISTAKE.

hi guys, hi just did form1 and scored a 450 (204), my head is spinning, my exam is schedulled for Friday! im happy to be in the passing range, but i was wondering if postponing by 1 week would make a diiference (that's all i could afford to do, b/c im still in rotations). i would really appreciate the advice, thanks.
