Dear BBB, first, a lot of thanks for answering our questions and provide valuable advice. Here's my question: 1. if I turn down the prematch from a program, is it still worth doing for me to rank this program or I just won't be ranked by this program? I am just wondering, if I turn down the prematch, does the program explain this as I don't like their program and they will not rank me, or, the program can understand this, and they will still rank me at the proper position? Or, it is case by case, due to different phyilosophy in the program? 2. When is the best time to get prematch? Is it true that prematch is always offered before the end of December? or prematch could be offered anytime before the deadline of rank order list submission? Thank you very much!

1. If a program likes you enough for a prematch and you say no, why wouldn't they rank you? 2. That's going to be a program by program decision.
