Criteria for PAC management is :
(1) Is pt. symptomatic?
(2) Does pt. have signs or symptoms suggestive of structural heart disease?
**What do they mean by structural heart disease....like VSD, ASD...etc...??

PACs Pt is not symtomatic.
Structural means involvement of the heart muscle.Valves ,orifices,VSD and ASD
