Hi guys,
Good morning to all,
PLs don't view this post and leave,clarify my doubts,TIA,
My doubts are:
1)I want to take step 3 by dec in CT for a residency in 2008,is apllicn materials available.Which appilcn material shud i use??
2)Where is ECFMG issue date? can it be found in oasis site itself,b'cause i'm yet to get it by fedex,it will take two more days,
3)In section 4 of Step 3 application regarding post graduate education,which box should I check?????
4)Section 5 regarding step 1,2,cs pass dates,is it the score reported date in oasis, the passing date or something else?!

Based on their web, 2008 application
But you can apply online, steps are similar to step 1 application, after finihsing online application, print ID form, stick your pix, notorize it, send to FSMB

Wait to receive your ECFMG certificate in hand to know it exactly.

Hi thanx for ur nice reply robin,
Step 32007 u can find answer from his post,
I've one more doubt,I didn't print the ID form as i didn't have printer connection by the time i submitted my application,
How can i print the certificate of identity page again?
Is it the same certificate we submitted for ecfmg while applying for step 1?

I am not sure but you should prepare a printer before paying the fee.
ID form only appears after fee is paid.
You can apply but do not pay and pay only when having a printer
ID form is similar to that of step 1

U didn't get my question,
I already paid my fees on sept 30,I didn't take printout of certificate of identity page!!!

Guys,will u tell me do we need to submit Diploma certificate along with certificate of identity page?
