I also applied on sept 1 but have applied to 3 more programs afterwards. Had good luck with university of arizona, got IV 2 business days later. SUNY upstate has not responded, but I've heard that they send rejections so either they have not reviewed it or I am on hold and this morning I applied to UTMB-Galveston...I'll let you know but after rejecting all of you smart people here I don't think the prognosis is very good... but well let's be positive... I really don't get it though...your creds are much better then someone I know got an IV there...I guess it helped that he is a US citizen... if that is the case...I'm screwed... raised eyebrow

Bottomline iceage if there is a program you are interested in I don't see why not applying, I think there is still good chance of getting IV's.

Foreign grad requiring visa: rejections from UTMB, and West Virginia, today. Already this week rejected from Maimonides, UDMNJ_NJMS, U of Washington, Sunny Upstate, and Staten Island University Hospital. One IV from Rochester General Hospital.

Got an IV today from Maryland General hospital, Baltimore after a dry spell of 8 days.

How is this program if anybody knows please chime in ... details please (like how many positions for Cat, area of hospital, Passing rate, facualty etc) ? Scutwork has really bad reviews.

for GLOMD ....... you got an IV from Univ of Ariz ...... is that the program in Tucson (21 cat seats) or the UPHK (4 seats) one ?

I have applied to the Univ of Arizona program/UPHK ....... I thought the one in Tucosn does not sponsor visas. Do they?

UTMB on hold. They asked me to wait until Nov, 1st, when AMG iv have all been sent out, to know I am on or off the list. And...request no contact or questions allowed. WTF.
I ll withdraw from this program. Tonight.
