IMG 2005.H1 Need.S1-233/94, S2-240/99, CS-passed, S3 to be done
6 months clinical & research experience in country + one publication
3 months USCE ( not continous, 1 month externship with a FM residency program, 2 observerships in a community hospital, IM & Nephrology ).US research ongoing
5 LORs, 1 - IM Dept Head, 4 - US
Applied all over the country H1B+ .... 80 programs IM only
IVs so far (during 2 1/2 weeks)
- Fairveiw. Cleveland,Ohio
- St. Francis, Evanston Illinois
- U of South Dakota -Phone IV-(no on-site )
- U North Dakota
- Cleveland Clinic Florida
