 , for one night NY, NY down town chinese restaurant park , u have to give key to the attendent & they drive back to u when u are ready to go home, BUT , u do not know that where the car is parked or the car is really parked or been having fun in town or out of state , while ur having fun for that evening & night ... & the parking fee is flat rate 25$ cheapest plus $5 at least tips for the person driving ur car in & out to garage . Thank god, I do not have Ferrari by time  , so hats off to that wise chinese millionaire.
