Hey guys:
a) I am an IMG who will graduate in about a year's time so mu questions are:
To have a very good chance of landding a surgical preferably neurosurergery:

What kind of research done in the college is appreaciated?

What are the USMLE scores that are needed?

what Kind of clinical experience in U.S is considered good?

Can we do internships there?

neurosurgery wow..u can do intership in usa but u need bags of money..scores never get u residency but gets u a interview..

Any kind of research is good, though preferably neuro related and best if you can establish connections with NS. Publication is a must.

Average MLE scores matched for AMG is around 235, IMG needs more, to be safe go for 250+

Hands-on clinical exp is good, all others dont count.

If by internship you meant clinical rotation then im afraid you are in a rush to arrange for a place, bc once you are graduated you are no longer eligible for applying.
