1. No, pathology residency does no require a prelim year...no tys...1st year path is path itself.
2. like i said, no prelim year for path.
3. ap and cp are different and both important in the practice of medicine...my advice, do a combined program with both ap and cp.
4. as far as img friendly places, that's really hard to answer...i suggest you check out the websites of the places you're interested in and take a look at their list of residents and see if they currently have imgs...you can also email programs to see if they accept imgs (although it's real busy now so i don't know how many will actually reply). you can try to google "img friendly path programs"...maybe that will bring something up.
