I know that its really tough to get into University Programs without visa n research. So most likely many of us are gonna end up in university affiliated or independent community programs. It would be great if we can enlist some good community programs where fellowship opportunities are high. I do know tht Henry Ford, cook county, william beaumont n Clevand are good one, can u guys name some others. I understand that we can get into fellowship with contacts n research during residency, but if u know someprograms where these things are easier, please post them
