Got an intervw at Geisinger, PA for IM, dates to choose are 30th oct and few dates in Nov, Dec and Jan, I still have to give step 3, what is the best time for the interview,also any idea as to how the prog is, do they sponsor visas, etc.

I heard there is no difference between early or a late interview.

H1/J1 nice program in the middle of nowhere (danville is a very small town).... not classic diseases as HIV....
referal center in mid pennsylvania, has some fellowships.... 2 Interviewers. probably case presentations plus strenghts and weakness questions.......

These fellows never got back to me regarding interviews. I agree it is in the middle of no where but do we really care at this moment. Your credentials will be useful to know. Thanks. And good luck.
