I read some corelation with cAMP but dont remember where smiling face any help would be greatly appreciated

PTH increases reaborption of Ca by activating adenylate cyclase in distal tubule, and Mg compete with Ca with absportion in thick ascending limb. so when secretion of PTH is increases, reabsorption of Ca is increased while the excretion of Mg is increased.
