B. macrocytic anemia - B12/folate, Myelodysplasia, Drug induced, Hepatic dysfunction, alcohol use

C. Spherocytes- hereditary spherocytosis, G6PD (heinz body as well), autoimmune hemolyctic anemia

D. Target cells- anything that causes splenectomy, liver disease, hemoglobinapathies, thalasemia, Lecithin cholesterol acyl transferase defiency, Iron deficiency

E. Tearr drop - Myelofibrosis, leukoerythroblastic anemia, thalassemia major, severe iron deficiency
