How many LORs does Howard require?
Their website does not give any info.
I've called >20 times since July and they never answer the phone or return calls.
I emailed them 4-5 times and no response.
So I would appreciate any help you have to give.

howard is strange kind of program
i have also not been able to talk to them ever since.
i applied there, but dont have any news as yet
has anybody heard anything from them?
