Hello, I am worried now since I have no IVs.
What makes me worry is my step 1. I applied step 1 once but never went to the center to take it. I applied again later and passed it. Is that counted as multiple attempts ?

no, this is not counted as multiple attempts! It will be on your transcript not as "failed" but as "did not schedule/did not take exam". I had the same problem, talked with the ECFMG directly, this is their answer!

No that isn't multiple attempts. Doesn't that come up on your transcript?
